Fortacin Spray is a topical local anaesthetic used in the treatment of premature ejaculation. The vast majority of men who experience this condition see it as an inconvenience rather than a disease, so the problem tends to go unaddressed.[1]
Fortacin Spray’s numbing action helps delay your orgasm, but its effects go beyond that. You can find that your romantic or sexual relationships improve, and it may boost your confidence when it comes to sex.
When sprayed on the shaft and head of the penis, Fortacin Spray is absorbed through the skin, lightly numbing the area. This decrease in sensitivity will allow you to last longer during sex as the feeling will be less intense.
You should apply the spray about fifteen minutes before you have sex for maximum benefit. Although Fortacin Spray makes the pleasure less intense in order to delay ejaculation, you will still be able to enjoy sex and have it for a longer period of time.
Who is Fortacin Spray for?
Fortacin Spray is suitable for men over the age of 18 who are struggling with premature ejaculation, whether it’s a recent issue or a lifelong problem.
Some of the numbing agents might be transferred to your sexual partner during penetration. So it’s important to make sure that neither you nor your partner are allergic to any of the ingredients in Fortacin, or experienced any adverse reactions to local anaesthetics before. Because the spray can be transferred from you to your partner, you shouldn’t use Fortacin spray if your partner is pregnant.
Fortacin Spray is a good alternative to tablets like Priligy or creams like EMLA, both of which we also offer. However, if you can’t take tablets or ointments (or you prefer not to take them), the spray is a safe alternative that works just as well.

Before you use it, shake the container and then prime it by spraying the valve three times into the air. You should direct the valve away from your face so that it doesn’t come into contact with your eyes, mouth, nose and ears. Prior to each dose that follows, shake the spray container and then re-prime the pump by spraying once into the air. Retract your foreskin from the head of your penis, and holding the can upright, apply one dose (three sprays) of Fortacin to the whole head of your penis, covering one third with each spray. Leave it for five minutes and then wipe off any excess spray before you have sex. You should also remove any excess spray if you’re using a condom.
Fortacin Spray has been subject to various studies over the years, and all of them showed positive results, proving that Fortacin Spray is effective in the treatment of premature ejaculation.[1] These large scale studies reported improvements in ejaculatory latency, control, and sexual satisfaction in men. These improvements have proven to be durable and some subjects have reported permanent changes to their sexual performance.
No. Fortacin Spray is a single dose treatment, which is 150 mg/ml + 50 mg/ml. Each dose has 150mg lidocaine and 50 mg prilocaine in it. If you experience any side effects, drop our clinician a message. They may advise you to try an alternative PE medication.
