Aymes Shakes are packed with nutrients needed for the human body to stay healthy. It's a fortified shake, which means it contains a range of vitamins including A, D, E, and K, minerals like calcium and phosphate, and around 20g of protein. This provides a comparable amount of nutrients to a balanced meal.

How to take Aymes Shakes as a meal replacement
Aymes Shake comes in a powder, in a variety of flavours. They can either be mixed with water or with milk (and mixing with milk increases the calcium and fat content). You can drink Aymes Shakes cold or warm.
To prepare an Aymes Shake:
- Pour 200ml of water or milk into a flask or drinking vessel with a lid.
- Add the contents in the sachet (or one scoop if you have a tub).
- Fasten the lid on your drinking vessel and shake vigorously.
- Drink it straight away or store it in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
Are there different types of Aymes Shakes?
In the Aymes range, there are various shakes containing different amounts of nutrients. Aymes Shakes is the standard version, containing enough nutrients to replace a balanced meal. Other products include Aymes ActaSolve proteins, which is high in protein, Aymes Fibre shakes, containing prebiotic fibre and Aymes ActaJuni Shake, a shake made for children.
