Ordering from an online pharmacy like Treated is very similar to receiving your treatment from visiting your local GP. You’ll go through a few consultation questions, get your treatment reviewed by a licensed clinician, and you’ll also receive support even after your medicine arrives.

Here’s what to expect when you order through Treated:
You don’t need to book an appointment. Just start an online consultation with us, anytime you like – no need for waiting rooms or phone calls.
Once you’ve answered our medical questions, a clinician will review your answers and recommend a treatment for you. If you’ve already told us you have a particular preference, the clinician will review this to see if it’s suitable for you.
If you’ve got a question for the clinician after you’ve started treatment, you can sign in to your Treated account and send them a message – they’ll usually get back to you within one working day or less.
We’ll need to know about your medical history and any current health issues, just like in a face-to-face appointment. That helps us make sure your treatment is safe and right for you.
In some cases, like with weight loss treatments, we might ask you for a photo to make sure treatment is right for you. We might also ask for photos in situations where our clinician needs one to make the right recommendation – for example if you’re consulting about a skin condition.
Also, with some treatments we’ll need to let your GP know that you’re using them, but we’ll always inform you first.
We offer next-day delivery and regular check-ins to make sure everything’s working well for you. If you sign up to a treatment plan, it works like a subscription – your orders are sent automatically when you need them, so you don’t have to worry about forgetting or running out. We will send reminders so you know when to expect your upcoming deliveries so you can make changes if you need to, and keep you updated with your next delivery date.
Online healthcare can be just as personal as face-to-face care. When you fill out your consultation on Treated, we collect the same kind of medical history that a doctor would at a GP appointment. Plus, unlike some doctors, you get to choose the medicine that suits you best from a safe list of options recommended by our clinician.
Yes. Treated is a subscription-based service, which means you can get your treatment delivered regularly, as and when you need it, and you access support any time. We’ll check in with you to make sure it’s still working, and you can message your clinician if anything changes or doesn’t feel right.
If you’re on a repeat treatment plan, you’ll stay in control, and you can pause, change or cancel it at any time.
