Steroid that reduces pain and swelling.

Although mouth ulcers can heal on their own, the process can be both painful and time-consuming. Using hydrocortisone buccal tablets can speed up healing and treat mouth ulcers within five days.
To order hydrocortisone, simply answer a few questions online and choose the treatment you want. Then get it delivered straight to your door the next working day.
Hydrocortisone buccal tablets are dissolvable steroid tablets used to treat mouth ulcers. When placed in the mouth, they can reduce swelling and irritation caused by ulcers.
Mouth ulcers can be caused by many things like hormonal changes, irritation and certain vitamin deficiencies. Although they heal on their own, they can be painful, making it difficult to eat and drink. Using hydrocortisone tablets can help speed up the healing process and reduce pain.
Hydrocortisone is in a group of medicines called corticosteroids. These medicines suppress your immune system and have anti-inflammatory properties, which help reduce swelling and pain.
There’s only one dose of hydrocortisone buccal tablets available: 2.5mg. Usually, you’ll use one tablet up to four times a day, for a maximum of five days.

Always use the medicine as advised by your clinician. To take hydrocortisone tablets, place one tablet near your mouth ulcer and let it dissolve. If you have more than one ulcer, move the tablet from one to the other. Don’t use more than one tablet at once. You can use one tablet up to four times a day, for a maximum of five days. If your ulcer hasn’t healed after five days, contact your clinician.
Within a couple of days of using hydrocortisone, you should feel less pain and swelling. And by day five, the mouth ulcer should have completely healed.
If you accidentally use too many hydrocortisone tablets, contact your local casualty department or phone your doctor as soon as possible.
If you forget to take a dose of hydrocortisone, skip the missed dose and take the next dose as usual.
