How to Use Canesten Thrush Internal Cream
Canesten Thrush Internal Cream comes in an applicator, to make using your treatment as simple as possible. If your doctor has prescribed Canesten cream, always follow the instructions they’ve given you.

Take the applicator out of the packaging, and insert the top of the plunger into the hole in the applicator. Make sure the cap stays in place as you do so.

Place the applicator as deep as is comfortable inside the vagina. Lying on your back with your knees bent up should make this easier.
Slowly press in the plunger until it stops moving as you hold the applicator in place. This will dispense your pre-measured dose of cream into the vagina.
Don’t worry about any slight discharge after using the cream - this is normal and doesn’t mean it hasn’t worked. You might want to wear a panty liner, just in case.
