Hezkue Sildenafil

What is Hezkue?

Hezkue is the first liquid treatment for erectile dysfunction (ED). Unlike tablets and injections, you simply pump the liquid into your mouth, making it easy and convenient to use. It can work in as little as five minutes, and the effects can last up for to five hours.

ED is usually caused by reduced blood flow to your penis. Using Hezkue can enhance blood flow, helping you get an erection.

How does Hezkue work?

Sildenafil, the active ingredient in Hezkue, is a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor (PDE5i). It works by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis to improve blood flow. This gives firmer, longer-lasting erections.[1]

But you’ll need to be sexually aroused for it to work. Getting an erection is both a biological and psychological process; Hezkue only takes care of the biological aspect.

What doses of Hezkue are there?

Hezkue comes in one dose, with each pump delivering 12.5mg of sildenafil.

The recommended dose is 50mg, which is four pumps. You can adjust this dose according to your prescriber’s instructions:

  • 8 pumps is the maximum dose and equivalent to 100mg;
  • 2 pumps is the lowest dose and equivalent to 25mg.

You’ll normally be prescribed the lowest dose that’s effective for you.

How to take Hezkue

For best results, take Hezkue an hour before you intend to have sex. 

To use Hezkue:

  1. Shake the bottle for about 20 seconds to mix the medicine.
  2. Remove the child-resistant cap and attach the dosage pump.
  3. Turn the nozzle to the open position.
  4. Press the pump three times to prime it and discard any product. Do this every single time you use it.
  5. Tilt your head and pump as many times as required. 
  6. Swallow the medicine immediately.
  7. Turn the nozzle to the closed position.
  8. Remove the dosage pump and screw on the child-resistant cap.
  9. Wash the dosage pump thoroughly and remove any water.

How long does Hezkue take to work?

Hezkue can start working within five minutes, but it may take up to 20 minutes. Avoid taking it with a heavy meal, as this can delay how fast it works.

It’s best to take it an hour before you intend to have sex to give it enough time to start working.

How many doses are in Hezkue?

Answer:
The number of doses you can get from the bottle depends on the dosage. Two pumps are equivalent to 1ml, and the bottle contains 30ml total. But some liquid is lost during the priming process, so you’ll actually only use around 20ml. So, one bottle provides around:

  • 20 x 25mg doses; or:

  • 10 x 50mg doses; or:

  • 5 x 100mg doses.


You might think skipping the priming process will make your bottle last longer, but it’s not recommended to do this. Priming ensures the pump you take is a complete dose. Skipping this step can result in a lower dose being delivered, which may make it ineffective.

How effective is Hezkue for ED?

Answer:
Currently, no studies have been published specifically evaluating the effectiveness of Hezkue, but research on sildenafil shows that it improved erectile function in:[1]

  • 82% of men at a 100mg dose

  • 74% of men at a 50mg dose

  • 62% of men at a 25mg dose


Additionally, Hezkue has a higher absorption rate compared to Viagra, suggesting that the liquid formulation may be absorbed more efficiently than the tablet version.[2]

How does Hezkue compare with Viagra?

Answer:
Hezkue and Viagra contain the same active ingredient – sildenafil – but have slightly different formulations. One key difference is that Hezkue is absorbed more quickly than Viagra – about twice as fast. So you’ll feel the effects quicker.

It also has higher bioavailability (around three times), meaning a larger amount of sildenafil reaches the bloodstream, which could increase its effectiveness.[2]

Will I get side effects using Hezkue?

Answer:
Yes, you might get side effects when taking Hezkue, although not everyone will get them. Some common side effects include:

  • Nausea

  • Facial flushing

  • Indigestion

  • Abnormal vision

  • Nasal congestion

  • Dizziness


These side effects should subside as the medicine leaves your body, and many men will notice them less the more they use the medication. For the full list of side effects, check the patient information leaflet.

How long does Hezkue last?

Answer:
If taken correctly, Hezkue can last up to five hours, which is generally enough time to have sex. But some things can affect its duration, such as your age and dosage. It may take some time to determine exactly how long it works for you.
