Stolen my money

Absolutely horrendous experience. I bought this tablet as a one off & next thing I know you’ve taken another 40 pounds and sent me more that I didn’t request and have been advised to stop anyway by my consultant. As you can see I’ve returned the unwanted tablets and emailed you about this . But I’ve been ignored and no refund !!

As per our records, you had signed up for a every 3-month subscription, which includes regular shipments of the medication. Before your second order was generated, we reached out to you via email to confirm whether you wished to continue with the subscription. While you opened the emails, we did not receive a reply from you. Based on the lack of response, the second order was generated and shipped out as part of the ongoing subscription service. However, we understand that you have expressed concerns about the treatment and have been advised to discontinue it by your consultant. In response, we advised you to destroy the medication at your local pharmacy for proper disposal. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund in this case, as returning the medication would require it to be destroyed. Please rest assured that we followed all necessary procedures and protocols on our end. During our conversation, it became evident that there was a breakdown in communication. We strive to provide the best customer service possible, and I apologize if we fell short of your expectations. To address your concerns, we have paused your subscription, ensuring that you will not receive any further shipments.
